- This was a very interesting course and Isabelle was able to create a productive learning environment that worked for each students individually.

- Yes! Dr. Smith-Bernstein is one of my favorite professors I've ever had and you can really feel her passion in her teaching! She makes it a great space to openly discuss and collaborate
- Dr. Smith-Bernstein is an AMAZING professor and one of the best I have had at New Paltz. The way that she cares so much about the course material makes the students care just as much. She is extremely passionate about the materials she taught, she is funny, kind, and overall an amazing teacher. I cant wait to take another class that she is teaching.

- Yes! The class was discussion based and Isabel was a great listener and not judgmental whatsoever. Isabel is a great teacher and a super cool person. To whoever might be reading this aside from Isabel, you should try to find a way to keep her in the department, even after Martine comes back. I think she fits in really well with the dynamic of the theatre department, is a great educator and resource for students. Loved the class, Isabel! Thanks for everything.
- Isabel was such a great teacher! I am so glad I was able to take this course with her- I gained many new, valuable perspectives on various subject matter. I am very looking forward to taking an independent study with her next semester!
- I really enjoyed the class and I learned a lot. I really liked the plays that we read and I'm glad that we got a chance to branch out and research a different topic that we didn't learn in class. I am excited to see everyone's presentation and learn a little bit more about different forms of theatre.
